Application of agricultural gearboxes in different crop cultivation

Agricultural gearboxes play an indispensable role in the process of crop cultivation and have unique applications in the cultivation of different crops.

In wheat farming, agricultural gearboxes assist in every link from tillage to sowing. When tilling the land, the tractor is equipped with a suitable gearbox, which can adjust the torque and speed according to the softness of the soil and the depth of plowing required. For example, in relatively compact soil, the gearbox converts the power from the engine into a larger torque to ensure that the plowshare can go deep into the soil for plowing, making the soil loose, which is conducive to the implantation of wheat seeds and root growth. In the process of tilling the rice field, special tillage equipment is required because the soil of the paddy field is muddy and has a certain viscosity. In the rice transplanting process, the rice transplanter equipped with a gearbox can accurately control the speed and depth of rice transplanting, avoid planting the seedlings too deep or too shallow, and improve the survival rate and uniformity of rice transplanting.

Corn farming is also inseparable from agricultural gearboxes. In the ridging operation of corn fields, the gearbox adjusts the power of agricultural machinery so that the ridging machine can efficiently build ridges suitable for corn growth and ensure the air permeability and water retention of the soil. During sowing, the gearbox ensures that corn seeds are sown at an accurate spacing, and in fertilization operations, it cooperates with the power requirements of the fertilization equipment to achieve accurate fertilizer application, providing a strong guarantee for high corn yields.
