Storage precautions for aluminized tube

As a pipe with special properties, aluminized tube needs to pay special attention to the following points during storage to ensure that its quality and performance are not affected.

The storage environment is crucial. A dry and well-ventilated place should be selected to avoid humid environment that may cause rust or damage to the coating of the aluminized tube. At the same time, it should be kept away from corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis to prevent chemical erosion of the aluminized tube.

Aluminized tubes should be kept away from collisions and extrusions during storage. They should be placed neatly and not stacked at will to avoid deformation of the tube or peeling of the coating. Suitable brackets or pads can be used to keep the aluminized tube stable.

Pay attention to dust prevention. Impurities such as dust in the air may adhere to the surface of the aluminized tube, which may affect its appearance and performance over time. Coverings can be used for proper protection.

Temperature is also a factor that needs to be considered. Avoid storage in an environment with too high or too low temperature. Extreme temperatures may have a certain impact on the physical properties of the aluminized tube.

For aluminized tubes of different specifications and models, they should be stored in a classified manner to facilitate management and access, and also to prevent confusion.

Before storage, it is best to check and clean the aluminized tube to ensure that there is no damage or dirt on the surface. If necessary, a thin layer of protective oil can be applied on the surface to enhance the protective effect.

Regularly check the stored aluminized tubes to see if there are any abnormal conditions, such as rust, deformation, etc., and handle and maintain them in time.
